Last Winter all our guests reached (and left!) Jack's Cottage despite the snowy condtions.  Having had the first snowfall this winter in early December and with more forecast, the Peak District is well used to snow and excellent gritting and snow clearance services endeavour to keep the main roads open and Longnor accessible all year round.

As our pictures show, the snow does really add something magical to the landscape - and with a real fire, Jack's Cottage is always warm and cosy,  whatever the weather!
