The cottage will normally be ready for you by 3pm. A mobile contact number and estimated arrival time is always useful so that we can either meet you at Jack's Cottage with the keys or advise you as soon as the cottage is ready, if earlier, and confirm the key code for the key safe. Please leave by 10am on the day of departure.
All bedding and towels are provided. However please let us know in advance if the sofa bed is required as this is only available on request and for a small additional charge.
Dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement at the time of booking and for an additional £10 charge. Conditions apply.
Jack's Cottage is strictly No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in either the cottage or garden.
Babies in arms welcome, but the stone flagged floors do not make the cottage really suitable for toddlers. A travel cot and high chair are available on request (please bring own cot bedding).
A £100 deposit is required on booking with the balance 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non refundable. We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance in the event of cancellation.
Payments can be made either by direct bank transfer (preferred) or by cheque. Details on confirmation of booking.
We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or accidents, personal or otherwise, whilst staying at Jack’s Cottage.
