Terms and Conditions for bringing your Dog

 
With stunning scenery and pet friendly pubs on the doorstep, Jack's Cottage is an ideal place to stay with your pet.
Terms and conditions apply:

• Guests may bring a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs as confirmed at the time of booking or through subsequent notification prior to arrival 
• An additional £25 per pet is charged per stay
• Pets must be house trained, clean, up to date with flea prevention treatment and well behaved 
• Pets must never be left unattended at any time in the cottage. Because of the rural nature of the cottage, Pest Control  measures are in place in difficult to access locations downstairs
• Pets are not allowed upstairs or on any of the furniture in the property.  Please keep the door at the bottom of the stairs closed to prevent access upstairs.  Guests must bring their own pet beds or similar
• Pets must be clean and dry at all times while inside the property
• We cannot accept responsibility for the safety of pets
• No sign of the pet must be evident in the property or garden at the time of departure
• Any damages by the pet must be declared before departure (by text, email or phone call as listed in the Welcome Leaflet). Any damages not so declared but deemed to incur an additional charge will be notified within 7 days
